Over December & January, EFS successfully helped to kit out a new windmill factory in the South West of the UK with bespoke large shop floor laser welding equipment, as the factory was being built.

The project saw over 10 full ocean containers from the USA & China professionally unloaded at strategic partner’s facilities in both Southampton & Felixstowe ports, whereupon flat bed trucks delivered to the facility on a just in time basis and the crates were craned off the vehicle both outside and inside the factory. On the customs side, the clearances and payment of duties and taxes had to be managed efficiently to prevent un-necessary demurrage.
